Most people who train with us are not athletes. They are parents in Suntree, nurses coming off shift at Holmes, engineers from the Space Center, and retirees in Melbourne Beach who want to keep doing what they love. If any of these sound like you, we can help.
Eight tracks, one coaching method. Not sure which one? Your coach will tell you at the free consult.
Most popular
Nutrition habits, coached lifting, and InBody re-scans so you lose fat and keep muscle.
Progressive overload, tracked lifts, and enough recovery to actually grow.
Strength coaching by women, in a private studio with no gym-floor audience.
First time lifting? Learn squat, hinge, push, and pull with a coach beside you.
Speed, power, and conditioning for Brevard high school and club athletes.
Joint-friendly strength, balance, and mobility so you stay active for decades.
Two to four people, one coach, and a program written for the group.
Your Melbourne coach in your pocket: app programming, weekly check-ins, form review.
The same four steps for every program, in person or online.
Sit down with a coach at the studio, talk through your goal and history, and get a body composition baseline. It is free and there is no pitch.
Your coach writes a program around your schedule, your equipment comfort, and any injuries. You choose 1-on-1, small group, or online.
Every session is run by your coach. Form gets fixed on the spot, loads go up when you are ready, and nothing is left to a spreadsheet.
Regular InBody re-scans show muscle, fat, and water changes. Your coach uses them to change the plan before you stall.

Your first visit to our Melbourne studio is a free consult, not a test. You walk in, meet your coach, and step on the InBody scanner. It takes about a minute and shows muscle, body fat, and water balance, so we are working from numbers instead of the bathroom scale.
Then you sit down and talk. What do you want to change? What has not worked before? What does your week actually look like? Your coach takes you through a few simple movements to see how you squat, hinge, and push, and where things feel tight or sore. Nobody is trying to wear you out on day one.
You leave with a clear picture of where you stand and a first plan, whether that is private 1-on-1 coaching, small group training, or online coaching. Want to know more about the scan first? Read how the InBody scan works.
Included with every coaching program. No add-ons, no upsells at the front desk.
A program written for you by your coach and rewritten as you progress. Nothing is copied from a template.
Simple food habits from a real person, built around what you already eat. No meal plans you will hate by Thursday.
A scan at your first visit and re-scans as you go, so progress is measured in muscle and fat, not just the scale.
Check-ins from your coach every week, whether you train in the studio or online. If you go quiet, we notice.
Sessions by appointment in our room on S Babcock St. No crowd, no waiting for a rack, free parking.
Train at the studio, from home, or a mix of both. Travel for work? Your coach adjusts the plan, not the goal.

There are a lot of places to train in Brevard County, and plenty of good coaches. The right personal trainer in Melbourne, FL is the one you will still be training with next year. That comes down to fit: someone who understands your goal, coaches at your pace, and adjusts the plan when life gets in the way.
That is why every plan here starts with a free consult. You meet the coach, see the studio, and get your InBody scan before you decide anything. Lexie leads strength and Olympic lifting. Cody and Kali lead weight loss, nutrition, and habits. Read their full profiles on the coaches page, or see what clients say on the results page. Whoever you train with, bring these questions.
Certified, local, and in the room with you. Each coach has a specialty, and you will be matched to the right one at your consult.

I love training with Lexie. She is not only a great trainer but makes it personalized where you can talk to her about anything and ask her a question without judgement. She works with you for nutrition and will make sure you understand it in depth. I have not only gotten stronger, I have lost body fat and gained muscle mass within the last month and a half of working with her. She cares about each and every one of her customers! I would recommend Lexie to anyone!!
I've only been working with him for a couple months, but without a doubt, Cody is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with! After being let down by trainers at big commercial gyms, working with Cody has been a completely different experience. He’s super knowledgeable, intentional, and you can tell he genuinely cares about your progress. He has a way of challenging you to push for that next level while still recognizing when your body has hit its limit.
I look forward to every session and love that they feel fun and personalized. The best part is that his guidance doesn’t stop when you leave your session—you also get access to the app that includes curated workouts and exercises to do at home. He’s quick to respond over text for any questions you may have and provides clear explanations that just make sense.
I can’t wait to keep progressing and seeing what I can achieve. Highly recommend training with Cody!!
I can't recommend Lexie highly enough! She's truly a fantastic personal trainer. Not only is she certified in both nutrition and personal training (a huge plus!), but she's also incredibly goal-oriented. From our initial consultation, she helped me define realistic and achievable targets, and then developed a personalized plan to get me there. I really appreciate her focus on time management – our sessions are always efficient and productive, and she's respectful of my busy schedule. What sets Lexie apart is her resourcefulness. She's always coming up with creative ways to keep my workouts challenging and engaging, and if I have any questions (about fitness or nutrition), she's a wealth of knowledge. Beyond her professional skills, she's also a genuinely personable and supportive trainer. She motivates me to push myself while also making our sessions enjoyable. If you're looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable, dedicated, and truly cares about your success, Lexi is the perfect choice!
Cody is hands down the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with. His coaching style is the perfect balance of pushing you to that next level while still knowing exactly when your body has hit its limit. He genuinely cares about his clients’ success—not just in the gym, but in their overall lifestyle.
What really sets Cody apart is that he doesn’t just show up and tell you what exercises to do. He takes the time to understand your goals, your challenges, and how to create long-term, sustainable success. Every session feels purposeful and personalized.
If you’re looking for a trainer who’s committed, knowledgeable, and truly invested in your growth, Cody is the one. Highly recommend!
Cody trains differently than any trainer I’ve ever worked with and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone serious about their health.
He’s fun to work with and he’s focused on improvement. He is also helping me find connection between training, nutrition and how that helps me show up in my life as the person I want to be. I train once a week in the gym with Cody and then he develops at home workouts specifically for me including exercises I’ve never done before. He communicates frequently during the week and is super responsive to any questions I have away from the gym. I am quickly getting stronger and changing my body shape but it’s not just about improving how many reps I can do. It’s also about being the kind of person I want to be. It’s about showing up, about doing something instead of talking myself into doing nothing, it’s about consistency over time leading to measurable change. Cody is extremely knowledgeable about exercise physiology and how to increase strength without getting hurt. He also helps me understand how my attitudes affect my ability to get stronger. Cody can’t do it for you but if you’re serious about your health goals, in my opinion, Cody is the best trainer to get you there.
Before Coach Cody started working at Fitness Society, he had his own studio. My wife and I followed him from there to Fitness Society. We both go together each week for our sessions. This was my wife’s idea. I was not excited at first, but I look forward to our session each week. He tailors our workouts to be similar and adjusts weight accordingly for ability level. Aside from going to see him just once each week, you also get access to the app for workouts you can do at home with very little need for equipment. These are not random workouts, he selects them. He’s is great to work with, and he’s flexible on time. My wife has had issues with lower back. If she has a problem, he’ll switch things on the fly. He even gave her exercises to overcome the back issues. I would not hesitate to recommend Cody. My wife and I are both happy with our improved level of fitness and also appearance.

Big gyms in Melbourne are built to hold hundreds of members at once. That works if you already know what you are doing and do not mind waiting for a squat rack at 5:30 PM. For most people, it is where good intentions go to die.
Our studio on S Babcock St works the other way. Private personal training here is by appointment, so there are only a few people on the floor at a time and every one of them has a coach. You get the equipment you need when you need it, a quiet room to learn in, and someone who knows your name, your numbers, and what you did last Tuesday. It is the difference between having access to a gym and having a plan. See the space for yourself on the studio page.
Plenty of places in Brevard will sell you access. We sell a plan, a coach, and a way to measure whether it is working.
