Private studio, S Babcock St
Train for the life you actually live. More energy, easier movement, steadier balance, and joints that feel good the next morning. One coach, one plan, a private studio in Melbourne.
Free InBody scan at your first visit. No signup fees.

You want to keep doing the things you love in Brevard. Walking the beach at Paradise, playing with grandkids, getting up off the floor without a plan. This program is for people who care more about how they feel day to day than how they look in a mirror.

We would rather point you to the right program than sell you the wrong one. Wellness training moves at a steady pace and builds from where you are. If that is not what you are after, one of these fits better.
Every session is planned by your coach and adjusted to how your body shows up that day.
Load that builds muscle and bone without beating up knees, hips, or shoulders. We pick the movements your joints agree with.
Hip, shoulder, and spine work that shows up when you reach a top shelf or get out of the car.
Single-leg work, carries, and floor-to-standing drills so you feel sure-footed everywhere.
Sessions that leave you with more in the tank, not less. Conditioning built up in small steps.
No crowd, no waiting for equipment, no one watching. Just you and your coach on S Babcock St.
Protein, hydration, and sleep basics from Kali and Cody. No diets, no supplements you do not need.
You will know exactly what training here looks like before you commit to anything.
Fill out the short form. We call to set a time that works, including mornings and midday.
A one-minute body composition scan, then a gentle look at how you squat, hinge, reach, and balance.
Your coach writes a program around your joints, your schedule, and what you want to be able to do.
Coached sessions each week. We re-scan every few weeks and adjust as you get stronger.
Kali and Cody coach most of our wellness clients. Patient, practical, and paying attention to how your body responds each session.

Before Coach Cody started working at Fitness Society, he had his own studio. My wife and I followed him from there to Fitness Society. We both go together each week for our sessions. This was my wife’s idea. I was not excited at first, but I look forward to our session each week. He tailors our workouts to be similar and adjusts weight accordingly for ability level. Aside from going to see him just once each week, you also get access to the app for workouts you can do at home with very little need for equipment. These are not random workouts, he selects them. He’s is great to work with, and he’s flexible on time. My wife has had issues with lower back. If she has a problem, he’ll switch things on the fly. He even gave her exercises to overcome the back issues. I would not hesitate to recommend Cody. My wife and I are both happy with our improved level of fitness and also appearance.
Cody trains differently than any trainer I’ve ever worked with and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone serious about their health.
He’s fun to work with and he’s focused on improvement. He is also helping me find connection between training, nutrition and how that helps me show up in my life as the person I want to be. I train once a week in the gym with Cody and then he develops at home workouts specifically for me including exercises I’ve never done before. He communicates frequently during the week and is super responsive to any questions I have away from the gym. I am quickly getting stronger and changing my body shape but it’s not just about improving how many reps I can do. It’s also about being the kind of person I want to be. It’s about showing up, about doing something instead of talking myself into doing nothing, it’s about consistency over time leading to measurable change. Cody is extremely knowledgeable about exercise physiology and how to increase strength without getting hurt. He also helps me understand how my attitudes affect my ability to get stronger. Cody can’t do it for you but if you’re serious about your health goals, in my opinion, Cody is the best trainer to get you there.
Cody is hands down the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with. His coaching style is the perfect balance of pushing you to that next level while still knowing exactly when your body has hit its limit. He genuinely cares about his clients’ success—not just in the gym, but in their overall lifestyle.
What really sets Cody apart is that he doesn’t just show up and tell you what exercises to do. He takes the time to understand your goals, your challenges, and how to create long-term, sustainable success. Every session feels purposeful and personalized.
If you’re looking for a trainer who’s committed, knowledgeable, and truly invested in your growth, Cody is the one. Highly recommend!

In most cases, yes, and it often helps. Tell us at the free consult, bring any guidance from your doctor or physical therapist, and your coach will build around it. We pick movements your joints tolerate and progress slowly.
Strength work is the fastest route to more energy, better balance, and stronger bones, so we include it. It starts with bodyweight, bands, and light dumbbells. Nobody is handed a barbell on day one.
Most wellness clients train two coached sessions a week and walk on the other days. Your coach will suggest a frequency at the consult based on your schedule and how your body recovers.
No. The studio on S Babcock St is private and sessions are booked one at a time. It is you and your coach, or a small group of people you chose to train with.
Muscle mass, body fat, and water balance, broken down by body segment. For wellness clients the muscle number is the one we watch. It is free at your first visit and we re-scan as you go.
It depends on how often you train and whether you go 1-on-1 or small group. We quote after the free consult so the price fits the plan, not the other way around. There are no signup or cancellation fees.
If you have a heart condition, recent surgery, or anything that affects how you exercise, check with your doctor before you start. Bring their guidance to the free consult and your coach will plan around it.
